Discovery Series Chardonnay 2022

I grabbed this on a whim and it exceeded expectations—the winemaking team clearly put real effort into the experimentation here. It’s a limited parcel wine that feels special to drink, with a lively character that made it disappear way too fast.

Crisp and refreshing, but with enough body to stand up to a creamy pasta dish—this limited-release Chardonnay has that lovely English vibrancy the label promises. I've already ordered another bottle to see how it ages over the next year.

Opened this on a random Tuesday night and it didn't last the evening—such a lively, vibrant pour that feels like a proper experiment that paid off. The brightness is what got me, crisp and refreshing with enough character to keep you curious.
