En god introduktion til kvalitetsengelsk stillevin, Flint Dry er en blanding af overvejende Chardonnay, Bacchus og Pinot Blanc. Denne meget aromatiske hvidvin har intense aromaer af grønne æbler, pære og citrus sammen med sprød syre og en lang, forfriskende eftersmag.
Flint Dry 2024 passer perfekt til kylling, skaldyr og salater.
That green apple note really comes through on the nose, and the pear follows on the palate — it's crisp and refreshing without being sharp. We finished the bottle way faster than planned with a simple roast chicken, and I've already ordered another case.
Opened it for Sunday lunch and the whole table went quiet for a second – that's how you know it's good. The Bacchus gives it this lovely floral lift on the finish that I wasn't expecting from a still white. Perfect with a bit of fish and chips, honestly.
