Una cena exclusiva de primavera con el enólogo en nuestro restaurante The Swan, el 4 de marzo a las 19:00 h.

Organizada por nuestro enólogo jefe, Josh Donaghay-Spire, este evento especial celebrará una fantástica selección de vinos tranquilos y espumosos de Chapel Down, incluidos favoritos como Bacchus 2024 y Grand Reserve 2019.

El chef ejecutivo de The Swan, Charlie Whitton, creará un menú único de cuatro platos diseñado para maridar a la perfección con cada vino. Josh explicará cada vino antes de cada plato y estará encantado de responder a cualquier pregunta.

La velada comenzará con una copa de vino espumoso de bienvenida y concluirá con té y café.
