Un vin mousseux de millésime exceptionnel, le Chapel Down Grand Reserve 2019 est un assemblage des trois grands cépages de vin mousseux : Chardonnay, Pinot Noir et Pinot Meunier. Ce vin est élaboré à partir de la meilleure fraction de moût et vieillit jusqu'à cinq ans en bouteille avant sa commercialisation. Des arômes complexes de pommes mûres, de baies rouges et de brioche toastée sont rehaussés par une bouche riche et une finale généreuse. 

Ce qui lie l'ensemble, c'est une fraîcheur et une acidité croquante issues de la récolte 2019 plus fraîche en Angleterre, et c'est cet équilibre entre fraîcheur et complexité qui rend ce vin absolument délicieux. 

Le Grand Reserve 2019 est excellent en apéritif ou en accompagnement idéal d'un risotto aux champignons.

I cracked this open for a birthday and the fine bubbles just kept rolling, silky and persistent through the whole glass. You can really taste the depth from that 2019 vintage, especially the Pinot Noir backbone giving it a lovely round finish.
