Chardonnay 2023

The 75cl bottle arrived well-packed, and the 2023 vintage pours a lovely pale gold. It’s crisp and refreshing on its own, but I’m glad I grabbed it through the mix-your-own case so I could try a few others alongside.

Ordered a single bottle through the mix-your-own case just to try it, and the 75cl format is perfect for a weeknight dinner. Poured a glass with some fish and it’s got that lovely English minerality that makes you want another sip. Definitely going back for more.

Gloriously crisp with just enough body to stand up to food, this still white from the 2023 vintage is a proper crowd-pleaser. Picked it up as a single 75cl bottle in the mix-your-own case and it disappeared fast. Stone fruit and a clean, dry finish that makes it dangerously easy to sip.
