En flott introduksjon til kvalitetsengelsk stille vin, Flint Dry er en blanding av hovedsakelig Chardonnay, Bacchus og Pinot Blanc. Denne svært aromatiske hvitvinen har intense aromaer av grønt eple, pære og sitrus, kombinert med sprø syrlighet og en lang, forfriskende ettersmak.
Flint Dry 2024 passer perfekt til kylling, sjømat og salater.
That green apple note really comes through on the nose, and the pear follows on the palate — it's crisp and refreshing without being sharp. We finished the bottle way faster than planned with a simple roast chicken, and I've already ordered another case.
Opened it for Sunday lunch and the whole table went quiet for a second – that's how you know it's good. The Bacchus gives it this lovely floral lift on the finish that I wasn't expecting from a still white. Perfect with a bit of fish and chips, honestly.
