Rosé Reserve 2021

This is the first English sparkling rosé I've tried that actually holds its own against a decent Champagne. The fine lees ageing gives it that toasty, biscuity depth you usually only find in bottles twice the price.

That 18 months aging on lees really shows—the bubbles are fine and the finish lingers way longer than most rosés I've tried. Perfect balance of crisp and creamy for a summer evening.

Opened it last night with a friend who usually sticks to prosecco, and we both kept going back for another glass. The 18 months on the lees really shows in that toasty, biscuity depth you don't often get at this price. A proper celebratory bottle without the fuss.
