Este espumante refinado passou por fermentação malolática e 13% do lote amadureceu em barrica antes do engarrafamento, tendo envelhecido sobre as borras durante 9 anos. Após a degola, o vinho envelheceu na nossa adega por mais 6 meses, desenvolvendo complexidade.
