O nosso premiado Chapel Down Rosé Reserve 2021 é feito a partir de 96% de uvas Pinot Noir e amadurecido sobre borras finas em depósito durante seis meses, seguido de mais 18 meses de envelhecimento sobre borras em garrafa antes do lançamento. Com aromas a morangos silvestres, groselha vermelha e bolacha de manteiga, este elegante espumante rosé apresenta um paladar fresco e crocante e uma fina mousse.
