Apresentado pelo nosso Enólogo-Chefe Josh Donaghay-Spire, este evento especial celebrará uma seleção fantástica de vinhos tranquilos e espumantes Chapel Down, incluindo favoritos como o Bacchus 2024 e o Grand Reserve 2019.

O Chef Charlie Whitton, do The Swan, criará um menu único de quatro pratos, concebido para harmonizar perfeitamente com cada vinho. Josh falará sobre cada um dos vinhos antes de cada prato e terá todo o prazer em responder a quaisquer perguntas.

A noite começará com uma taça de vinho espumante à chegada e terminará com chá e café.
