Grand Reserve 2019 Trio

That first pour had a surprising richness for a sparkling wine — the Pinot Noir really comes through in the body. We saved it for a proper celebration, and the fine bubbles kept their fizz right to the last glass. A worthy treat from a strong vintage.

The bottle barely lasted the night, the Chardonnay gives it such a creamy backbone while the Pinot Noir adds that lovely red berry depth. It's the perfect celebratory pour, and I already regret not buying two.

The 2019 vintage really hits that balance I chase in sparkling wine—Chardonnay’s crispness with Pinot’s depth all wrapped together. Poured it for dinner guests and the finish lingered just long enough to make everyone pause.
