That first sip hit me with such a delicate balance—the rosé’s crispness pairing beautifully with the raspberry kick. I poured it over ice for a sunny afternoon and it disappeared way too fast. The Kent vineyard fruit really shines through.
Poured this over ice with a splash of soda after a long week, and the wild raspberry eau de vie gave it a bright, tangy finish that felt properly crafted. The Pinot Noir base from Kent is smooth and dry, not syrupy at all. Definitely my new go-to for summer evenings.
