Bought this as a gift and ended up keeping one bottle for myself — the 96% Pinot Noir blend gives it a delicate fizz that feels way more expensive than it is. The gift box made it feel special without being over the top.
The 18 months aging on lees really shows—it's smooth and layered, not sharp like cheaper rosés. The box itself was sturdy and elegant, so it made a proper occasion out of a Tuesday night.
The bottle matured for 18 months on lees before release, and you can really taste that depth—it's smooth with a lovely Pinot Noir character. The gift box made it feel extra special when I handed it over, and the recipient was genuinely impressed.
