Uno spumante d'annata eccezionale, Chapel Down Grand Reserve 2019 è un blend dei tre grandi vitigni spumantistici, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir e Pinot Meunier. Il vino è ottenuto dalla frazione migliore del mosto e viene affinato in bottiglia fino a cinque anni prima del rilascio. Aromi complessi di mele mature, frutti di bosco rossi e brioche tostata sono accompagnati da un palato ricco e un finale generoso. 

A tenere tutto insieme sono la freschezza e l'acidità vivace provenienti dalla vendemmia più fresca del 2019 in Inghilterra, ed è questo equilibrio tra freschezza e complessità che rende questo vino assolutamente delizioso.

I cracked this open for a birthday and the fine bubbles just kept rolling, silky and persistent through the whole glass. You can really taste the depth from that 2019 vintage, especially the Pinot Noir backbone giving it a lovely round finish.
