The gift boxed presentation made it feel like a proper occasion before the cork was even pulled, and the vintage from the Kent Downs vineyard pours beautifully with those fine bubbles. It's a crisp, elegant Blanc de Blancs that my dad actually paused mid-sip to compliment, which says everything.
