Onze bekroonde Chapel Down Rosé Reserve 2021 is gemaakt van 96% Pinot Noir-druiven en rijpt zes maanden op fijne droesem in tank, gevolgd door nog eens 18 maanden rijping op droesem in de fles voor de release. Met aroma's van wilde aardbeien, rode bessen en zandkoekjes heeft deze elegante rosé mousserend een knisperend, fris palet en een fijne mousse.

Rosé Reserve 2021 is uitstekend als aperitief of te serveren bij zeebaars of gebakken sint-jakobsschelpen.
