Cracked this open on a warm evening and it was pure summer in a glass—light, delicate, with a soft strawberry lift that’s not too sweet. The Pinot Blanc adds a nice freshness I didn’t expect. Went down almost too easily with friends.

The redcurrant and strawberry notes really come through on the nose, and the Chardonnay gives it a soft, creamy finish that made it dangerously easy to finish the bottle. Perfect for a sunny afternoon in the garden.

The Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier blend gives it that delicate, feminine fizz I’ve been craving all summer—poured a glass for a picnic and it vanished fast. The redcurrant aroma is subtle, not syrupy, which I really liked.
