Un dîner exclusif du vigneron du printemps dans notre restaurant sur place, The Swan, le 4 mars à 19h.

Animé par notre chef vigneron Josh Donaghay-Spire, cet événement spécial mettra à l'honneur une sélection fantastique de vins tranquilles et pétillants Chapel Down, dont les favoris tels que le Bacchus 2024 et le Grand Reserve 2019.

Le chef exécutif Charlie Whitton du Swan créera un menu unique en quatre plats, conçu pour s'accorder parfaitement avec chaque vin. Josh présentera chaque vin avant chaque plat et se fera un plaisir de répondre à toutes vos questions.

La soirée débutera par un verre de vin pétillant à l'arrivée et se terminera par du thé et du café.
