当社の絶品キッツ・コティコレクションより、Coeur de Cuvée 2016は、100%シャルドネを使用した最高峰のスパークリングワインです。ケント州ノースダウンズにある100エーカーのキッツ・コティ畑から、手摘みで収穫された最良の果実のみを使用しています。
キッツ・コティ クール・ド・キュヴェは、シャルドネ葡萄の「初圧搾の中心部分」のみを使用し、最高の果汁を抽出。その後、フレンチオークで熟成させ、非常にリッチでエレガントなスパークリングワインに仕上げました。
リンゴとショートブレッドのアロマが広がる、リッチでありながらエレガントな味わい。チョーク土壌由来の驚くべき純粋さと、見事に調和したオークと果実の風味が口の中で広がります。

The chalky minerality from those North Downs grapes really comes through on the finish, and the bubbles are so fine they feel almost creamy. Opened it for an anniversary and the 100% Chardonnay gave it a richness that had us both reaching for another glass before dinner was even served.
The tiny bubbles linger long after each sip, and that pure Chardonnay fruit from the Kent vineyard comes through with real elegance. I’ve had it with a simple cheese plate and it lifted the whole evening, though I wish I’d bought two bottles.
That first sip hit different — the fine bubbles and that 100% Chardonnay backbone make it feel way more expensive than it is. I've been saving it for a quiet Sunday and it didn't disappoint, crisp from start to finish.
