The single varietal focus really shows—you can taste the distinct character of the Kent vineyard in every sip. I’ve already opened my second bottle and it’s even better with a bit of air.
I wasn't expecting the depth of flavour from this single varietal, but the minerality balanced with the fruit is something else. It's a limited production for a reason, and the North Downs terroir really justifies the premium price. Already planning to grab another bottle before it's gone.
The North Downs chalk really comes through in this one—it’s got that flinty, precise finish you only get from a proper single varietal. I’ve opened a bottle with friends and the balance was spot on, even if it felt a little young. That said, I’m already planning to stash a second bottle away to see
