キッツ・コティ コール・ド・キュヴェは、シャルドネブドウの「一番搾りの心」だけを使用し、最高の果汁を抽出。その後、フレンチオークで熟成させ、非常にリッチでエレガントなスパークリングワインに仕上げました。

The fine bubbles linger longer than any sparkling wine I’ve tried from Kent, and that 100% Chardonnay backbone gives it a real elegance. We saved it for a Sunday roast and it cut through the richness beautifully.
Opened this for a quiet anniversary dinner and the 100% Chardonnay gave it a richness that felt far above its price point. The long finish alone made the trio worth it, and the North Downs terroir really comes through.
